Structured document generation with forms now in preview

Microsoft has announced the preview of structured document generation with forms, a new capability in Microsoft 365 that helps organizations generate consistent, structured documents directly from form-based inputs. This preview brings together document templates, structured data, and forms to streamline how teams create repeatable, high-quality documents without having to copy and paste or create custom code or complex workflows.

Generate richer alt text in Word and PowerPoint for Mac

Previously, alt text was generated automatically using the Azure Vision model, which could lead to generic descriptions. With this update to Word and PowerPoint for Mac, alt text is powered by generative AI models, helping you to write higher-quality descriptions that are grounded in what’s visually present.
