Trim videos in PowerPoint for the web

 

With the new Trim Video command in PowerPoint for the web, you can edit the videos you insert into your presentation to show only the most important and engaging parts, keeping your audience focused on what is relevant. You can trim videos using frame or timestamp level accuracy, and you can preview and fine-tune them until you achieve the perfect and precise outcome. To make it easier to access the feature, Microsoft has added a dedicated Video tab in the ribbon. The tab contains all the commands related to adjusting and formatting your videos, such as changing the video style, arrangement and more.

Copying and pasting improvements in Excel for the web

 

Microsoft has made several improvements to Excel for the web that will help you save time while copying and pasting. First, drag and drop enhancements provide a more seamless and intuitive way to manipulate data. The autofill feature enables you to drag data to fill series, copy cells, and split data. And paste options improvements allow you to choose the right paste option for your needs by right-clicking or accessing the auto-recovery paste options.

Bringing the latest capabilities to Copilot for Microsoft 365 customers

 

Microsoft has introduced two important updates for users of Copilot for Microsoft 365. First, Microsoft is bringing priority access to the GPT-4 Turbo model to work with both web and work data. It is also removing limits on the number and length of conversations while increasing file uploads. Second, Microsoft will be bringing expanded image generation capabilities in Microsoft Designer to users of Copilot for Microsoft 365, including priority access during peak times.
