Gather and create notes with Copilot in your personal OneNote notebooks directly on the page
If you frequently take notes in OneNote, you may spend time manually preparing meeting agendas, capturing notes during meetings, or gathering relevant information about projects to stay effective and productive at work. With the new “Take notes with Copilot” feature, you can now use a natural language prompt editor directly on the canvas to pull relevant information from sources such as Microsoft 365 documents, messages, and emails.
Data analysis is a critical yet challenging task for business professionals. To simplify the process, Microsoft has introduced Copilot in Excel, a powerful tool designed to transform how users handle data. Now generally available, it offers several new features, including the ability to create custom tables, pull data from organizational sources or the web, and perform advanced text analysis. Additionally, Copilot in Excel with Python is now available for Windows users in the US.
Enhance meeting security with Teams Premium’s email verification for external meeting participants
Microsoft is announcing a new feature in Microsoft Teams that enhances the security and trustworthiness of your meetings through email verification for external participants joining Meetings. Meeting organizers can now require external participants to verify their email addresses with a verification code before joining the meeting. Once verified, participants will appear in the meeting with the ‘Email verified’ label, offering a more reliable way for organizers to manage external participants.
