Three new ways SMBs can purchase Microsoft 365 Copilot
Agility is essential for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to thrive in competitive markets. Microsoft 365 Copilot can help increase productivity, reduce costs, and accelerate time to market, making it a strategic investment for growth. Since making Copilot generally available in January, Microsoft has introduced new features to enhance the experience. And now, it has announced three new flexible purchasing options, making Copilot even more accessible and tailored to the unique needs of SMBs.
The Focus Cell feature in Excel is now generally available for desktop users. This tool applies vibrant highlights to the corresponding row and column of the active cell and increases the active cell’s border thickness. This makes the active cell more visible and facilitates easy identification of data across the same row and column.
Earlier this year, Microsoft rolled out Copilot in Forms for commercial users, and it is now available for all Microsoft account holders! Get ready to supercharge your form creation with Copilot and easily craft all kinds of daily life forms using your personal Microsoft account.
Manage multiple plans effortlessly with the new Portfolios feature in Microsoft Planner
Managing multiple plans across different projects can often become overwhelming. To simplify the process, Microsoft has introduced Portfolios—a new feature in the Planner app for Microsoft Teams. Portfolios can help simplify complex plan oversight by giving you a consolidated view of all your premium plans and tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Tracking Cloud Policy service and Cloud Update changes in Microsoft Purview Audit
The Microsoft 365 Apps admin center now supports tracking and auditing changes in the Cloud Policy service and Cloud Update using Microsoft Purview auditing solutions. For Cloud Policy service, this includes changes to the policy configuration, such as name, description, priority, and individual policy settings. For Cloud Update, it covers changes to the profile's configuration, tenant-wide settings and actions triggered for devices.
