NotebookLM is adding a new way to share your own notebooks publicly

Many people who use NotebookLM already share their notebooks with classmates, coworkers, students and friends. Google is making sharing and curation easier with public links. Now, you can share a notebook publicly with anyone using NotebookLM with a single link, whether it’s an overview of your nonprofit’s projects, product manuals for your business or study guides for your class.

Stay up to date on the latest changes to your files in Drive using “Catch me up”

“Catch me up” is a new feature in Drive that helps users easily stay up to date on their files. Gemini can now identify relevant files from a user’s Drive with changes since it was last viewed and provide an overview of those changes. This includes file edits on Docs and file comments on Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

New Gemini summary cards now available in the Gmail app on Android and iOS devices

Previously, to generate an email summary in Gmail on mobile, you would tap “Summarize this email” at the top of a message, which then opened Gemini to show you a summary of the thread. Now, summaries will be available at the top of the email content for messages where a summary is helpful. Gemini will synthesize all the key points from the email thread and any replies thereafter will also be a part of the synopsis, keeping all summaries up to date.
