Building a great deck manually takes a lot of time and design expertise. That’s why Google has rolled out the ability to quickly create beautifully designed presentations that adhere to your preferred style using Gemini in Google Slides.

View supporting calendar delegates in meeting guest list

When viewing a guest list in Google Calendar on the web, you will now see a new icon next to leaders who have a calendar delegate assisting them with scheduling support. Hovering over the icon will display the person’s information, allowing you to easily initiate a chat with them directly.

Visual screenshots in Google Meet meeting notes will soon be generally available, pre-configure admin settings in advance

Google Meet is rolling out visual screenshots for its "Take notes for me" feature, automatically embedding presented content like slides and charts directly into generated meeting notes. Ahead of the rollout, admins can pre-configure settings to either allow screenshots by default or restrict them to when meeting recordings are enabled.

Google Meet now organizes your meeting notes, transcripts, and recordings in your Google Drive

Google is streamlining how users manage meeting content by automatically organizing Google Meet recordings, transcripts, and notes into dedicated subfolders within a central Drive folder. While the original files are automatically organized and stored in the host's Drive, attendees receive shortcuts to those assets directly in their own Drive folders.
