Create smart chips for link previewing in Google Docs
Earlier this year, Google announced the general availability of third-party smart chips in Google Docs, which lets users add, view, and engage with critical information from third party apps directly in Docs. Record and share your name pronunciation across Google Workspace products
From your Google account settings, you can now record your name and share its pronunciation with other users. The pronunciation can be played from your profile card across various Google Workspace tools such as Gmail or Google Docs on web or mobile devices. This update will hopefully made it easier for you to represent yourself and connect with colleagues in Google Workspace.
Certain Google Meet hardware information will no longer be accessible on the Admin console
Google is making some changes to how certain Google Meet hardware information can be accessed. Several fields will no longer be exported from the Meet Devices list page of the Admin console. And if you receive email alerts when a hardware issue is detected, those emails will no longer include the “Asset location” value.
