For our team, the summer offers a time to reflect on our business, examine the needs of our clients, and plan. Here's a peak at what's coming soon if you're planning ahead as well.
AI Governance: We are all using AI tools. Chances are, we are not sure which tools our team members use and are not aware of security gaps and risks. Our upcoming AI Governance services will help you assess your AI use and security and give us the ability to monitor and manage AI tools and data sharing. AI can help productivity without sacrificing security or affordability.
Managed Detection and Response (MDR): Given the sophistication of modern cyber attacks, basic endpoint protection against malware is not enough. Next-gen solutions detect and block better, but do not help with recovery. This fall, we will be adding MDR to our Managed Cloud Service offerings, providing an initial response and remediation services.
Essentials Boost: A significant number of smaller businesses with nice websites are still using consumer email addresses, such as '@gmail.com'. Stepping into Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 using your company's domain helps your branding and visibility. Behind the scenes, you are more secure, your information is private, and you gain access to services and tools that can boost your productivity. Keep an eye out for promotional incentives to make the upgrade.
