Introducing Town Halls in Microsoft Teams and Retiring Microsoft Teams Live Events
Over four years ago, Microsoft introduced Teams Live Events, an experience to enable large-scale events across an organization for people to join from anywhere and across any device. However, it was built on a different platform than the familiar Teams meeting experience. To simplify the virtual event experience on Teams, Microsoft is integrating its live event capabilities into the Teams meeting experience. This will create a unified experience for users whether they are hosting a small meeting, customer-facing webinar, or company-wide town hall.
Speed up data entry and validation with AutoComplete for dropdown lists
Entering data in Excel can be a slow and time-consuming task. Dropdown lists are one way to speed up this process, but scrolling through long lists is no fun either. By enabling AutoComplete for dropdown lists, Microsoft has made it possible for Excel to automatically compare the text you type in a cell against all items in the list, then only display the items that match.
OneDrive Sync powers many of OneDrive's features, seamlessly synchronizing your files between your local computer and OneDrive, working diligently behind the scenes. Now, new enhancements have been made to OneDrive Sync for work and school customers. These enhancements assist with preventing accidental deletions, deleting shortcuts to shared content, updates to OneDrive Sync settings, and more.
