Things to look forward to in the new Outlook for Windows
After announcing the new Outlook on Windows 11, Microsoft has received many questions about features that are coming to the app. The new Outlook for Windows is the future for both the Mail and Calendar apps in Windows and the classic Outlook for Windows. Microsoft plans to bring over many of the top features from those experiences, including Copilot, auto capitalization, collapsible headers in the message list, conditional formatting, and more!
Elevate your brand identity with AI-powered Microsoft Designer
Microsoft Designer simplifies the process of creating your personal brand kit, ensuring your designs consistently match your unique personal style. You can just type in a short description and Designer will generate a brand kit with logos, color palettes, fonts, colors, and even suggest a brand voice (like “warm and inviting”). If you already have a logo or your own custom fonts, you can easily upload them for further personalization. You control the customization, making it truly your own.
Discover, prepare, and recap your meetings in one place with Meet in Microsoft Teams
Meet is an app available in the new Microsoft Teams experience that centralizes all your common meeting preparation and catch-up activities, helping to enhance meeting efficiency by simplifying the prep work and reducing time spent reviewing missed meetings. Meet provides a single view of upcoming meetings as well as recent past meetings, and enables quick discovery of meeting content like chats, files, agendas, shared documents, and meeting recap.
Microsoft is making improvements to Meeting Details in OneNote on Windows to help you quickly capture meeting context so you can focus on running meetings effectively and following up flawlessly. The new Meeting Details is in the same familiar location in the ribbon, now with an improved meeting selection experience. This update is the foundation for Microsoft to bring new meeting-related contents to your notebooks and is the first of a series that Microsoft is planning to roll out.
