Unlocking Efficient and Secure Collaboration with Advanced Collaboration Tools in Teams Premium
Microsoft is introducing the first set of a new type of capability in Teams Premium—Advanced Collaboration Tools (ACT). These tools empower IT administrators with refined control and in-depth insights into their organization's collaborative behaviors. Microsoft will start by unveiling two features of ACT: First, advanced collaboration analytics offer deep insights into external collaboration behaviors. And second, priority account chat controls enable users to be notified about chats from new contacts, giving them a choice to accept or block the conversations.
Microsoft 365 Backup and Microsoft 365 Backup Storage at Ignite 2023
Microsoft has developed Microsoft 365 Backup—a new storage architecture for backup and data protection inside Microsoft 365. This storage lives inside the Microsoft 365 trust boundary, so you manage the security of your Microsoft 365 data in one place. Microsoft 365 Backup allows Microsoft to accelerate large scale backup and recovery times by an order of magnitude. Preliminary testing has shown recovery speeds with this new approach are more than 20 times faster than traditional backup architecture. Your data is kept in its native format, encrypted, geographically distributed, and secured within Microsoft 365.
Until now, creating a form/quiz required access to the Forms website. Microsoft has streamlined the process with the new Forms app, so you can create surveys and forms with just a few clicks. Within the Forms app, you will enjoy the same experience as on the Forms website. You can create forms/quizzes, choose questions from AI suggestions and select from a variety of themes. Once you finish creating your form you can effortlessly distribute it from the app.
