Introducing the new Microsoft Copilot experience in Teams
The new Copilot experience is an improved version of the Copilot app in Microsoft Teams that you may have used before (formerly known as Microsoft 365 Chat). It offers the same functionality and content access as the current app, but with additional benefits, including better prompts, the ability to see your Copilot chat history, and access to a library of prompts via Copilot Lab.
Keep ink annotations with images and PDF printouts in OneNote
Annotating images or PDF printouts in OneNote can be challenging. The ink doesn’t stay in place when the image or PDF printout is moved, and using the Lasso tool to select both can be cumbersome. Now, any ink you add to an image or a PDF printout will automatically move with it. Furthermore, any ink touching and outside of the image will also stay on the image or PDF printout, keeping the ink annotation and image or PDF printout together.
No more switching back and forth between Figma and the Microsoft Loop app — you can now embed Figma URLs directly into Loop. This integration allows for seamless collaboration amongst your team. Try it out to see how much more efficient your workflow can become.
According to feedback from Microsoft Teams users, the previous Together mode layout was cumbersome and could detract focus from the shared content. In the new layout, meeting participants are displayed below the shared content, creating a more natural view. The full Together mode experience is still available, including raised hands, reactions, and name labels.
