Choose a breakout room as a Teams meeting participant
Teams breakout rooms are designed to facilitate smaller group discussions within larger meetings. Previously, only meeting organizers could assign participants to breakout rooms, and participants couldn't move between rooms. Now, participants will have the ability to move freely from one room to another, simplifying breakout room coordination for meeting organizers and participants.
PowerPoint has recently added support for SRT files, allowing users to easily add captions to videos without needing to convert the files first. This update is available for PowerPoint for Windows, macOS, and the web, with SRT files being automatically converted to the WebVTT format for better compatibility.
